Civic Compute works alongside your IT team and college administrators from signed license through a verified launch. We own the deployment work across SLURM, identity, API access, and portal configuration so your institution can focus on putting its GPU capacity to work for students, faculty, and community partners.

Each deployment follows a milestone-based 60–90 day plan with clear responsibilities, documented decisions, and a practical handoff to the people who will operate 3COL day to day.

• Civic Compute-managed SLURM configuration and partition setup for gpu-high, gpu-normal, gpu-college, and gpu-community.
• Institutional SSO integration through SAML 2.0 or OAuth 2.0, aligned to your existing identity environment.
• LiteLLM gateway configuration for secure, OpenAI-compatible API access and appropriate institutional controls.
• Administrator onboarding and training for named portal users, course catalog setup, API keys, and ongoing IT administration.
• Go-live verification and 30-day hypercare with a Phase 1 SLA response time of 5 business days.
